Individual Sessions
Individual counseling sessions consist of a one-on-one meeting between the client and the counselor, with each session lasting for 1-hour. Similar to other types of individual therapy and personal growth methods, you will find the foundation for individual life and social counseling to be grounded in collaboration, empathy and respect. Individual sessions will provide you with the time and space with which you can share your personal concerns and challenges, while receiving the support, guidance and planning that will help you to work through and overcome your current obstacles.
